Initial Consultation: 15 minutes • Free

Intake Appointment: 60 minutes • $250

Therapy Session: 50 minutes • $225

Insurance: Chick to see my HEADWAY or RULA or GROWTHERAPY profiles to see if I take your insurance.

Payment: Is due at the time of service. I accept payment via credit or debit card.

Cancellation Policy: If you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, please email or call at least 24 hours in advance of the set appointment. If you have a “no-show” or a late cancellation, you will be charged for the missed appointment.
